At Forge Youth Theatre, our Award System recognises each ensemble member’s growth in both performance and theatre-making skills. Through hands-on learning, students earn badges and certificates as they develop stagecraft, collaboration, creativity, and confidence.

Each award level reflects progress in live theatre development and performance, preparing young people for involvement in community theatre and inspiring future careers in the performing arts.

As participants progress through the program, they have the opportunity to mentor younger members, assist with productions, and work alongside local community theatre groups.

These experiences strengthen their skills and expand their understanding of all aspects of live theatre, both on and off the stage, preparing them for future creative and leadership roles in the performing arts.
